Vibrating felt belts have the following main characteristics:

1. High strength: can withstand a certain amount of tension and pressure and are not easy to break during operation.

2. Small elongation: good dimensional stability and not easily deformed.

3. Long service life: has very good wear resistance and durability. Some vibrating felt belts on the market now have uneven quality. For example, waste and recycled materials are added to the production of raw materials, resulting in uneven felt, easy to fluff during use, and the felt belt has no tension layer, resulting in breakage. The immature technology at the joints leads to weakened tension and cracking when subjected to force.

Therefore, we must pay attention to the following 4 points when choosing felt belts:

1. The raw materials must be made of virgin materials without waste materials. Such felt is fine and uniform, does not shed, and does not have burrs;

2. It is necessary to add new composite fibers. This type of material is resistant to cutting and has good air permeability;

3. Pay attention to the joints. The joints must be vulcanized. The joints of the felt belt treated in this way are not easy to break;

4. Choose a felt belt with a tensile layer. It has strong tensile strength and is not easy to break, which can ensure that it still maintains excellent performance under high load.
