Our heat resistant felt conveyor belts are specially engineered for aluminum extrusion handling systems, providing reliable conveying and superior surface protection throughout the extrusion, cooling, and cutting process. Manufactured from PBO, Kevlar, Nomex, and Polyester fibers, these endless felt belts withstand temperatures from 180°C to 600°C, making them suitable for every stage of the aluminum profile production line.
Designed with a seamless endless structure, the belts deliver stable tracking, high tensile strength, and excellent wear resistance while preventing scratches, dents, and contamination on aluminum profiles. Their soft yet durable felt surface minimizes friction and extends service life, even under continuous high-temperature operation.
