Felt Conveyor Belt Classification
Kevlar Felt Belt: Yellow, resistant to 480℃ high temperature, soft surface, scratch-resistant, impact-resistant, and stable transmission at high temperatures. Applications include high-temperature conveying of aluminum profiles (spraying/quenching), automotive parts heat treatment, and ceramic sintering.
Double-Sided Felt Belt: Double-sided felt conveyor belts use a polyester-reinforced layer as the tensile layer, with high-temperature-resistant felt material laminated on both sides. The two layers of felt sandwich the tensile layer, providing acid and alkali resistance, high and low temperature resistance, wear resistance, and slip resistance, offering double-sided cushioning. Applications include electronic product assembly, high-end toy conveying, metal processing, and mirror handling, providing scratch protection.
Single-sided gray felt conveyor belt: This belt has a PVC base with a high-temperature resistant felt material laminated to the surface. The felt is soft, has a suitable coefficient of friction, and can be equipped with baffles/guide strips to protect fragile items. Applications include glass deep processing, ceramic transfer, and light packaging production lines for conveying fragile items.
Food-grade white felt conveyor belt: Meets FDA food standards, withstands temperatures up to 180℃, is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, ensuring hygienic conveying. Applications include hygienic conveying in food processing, baking production lines, and food packaging machinery.
